I miss my Mamie. My mom’s mom. She passed away several years ago. I was the first grandchild…so we always had a special relationship.
Question 3. What’s your favorite comfort food?
Hungry Man Turkey Dinner. I know, I know.
Question 4. In your opinion what are some of the qualities that make a person a “best” friend?
I always thought that you couldn’t have more than one “best” friend. But I’ve figured out that I now have several. They are all different. They all bring out different things in me, but more importantly, I recognize the difference I make in their lives. (good AND bad, lol.) Each of them accepts me for who I am. Period. And vice-versa. We all have our quirks. We all have things that irk each other at times, but we overlook those things and love each other anyway. And the most important thing, for me, is being a sister in Christ.
Question 5. What is one area that you struggle with in the wife arena?
Respect. No need to go further than that. I recognize it is an issue and I’m working on it. Every single day.

Loved your answers, but the Hungry Man Turkey Dinner… I don’t know about that 🙂 I totally agree with the best friend thing, and it has taken me some time to learn that we all have things that can bother each other at times, but that’s life and that is ok. I surely have battled in the respect area more than I wanted to.. If interested the Love and Respect book from Emerson Eggerich has totally revolutionized my thinking in the respect area. That marriage book has helped me so much, and you might want to check it out if you feel led. Blessings
